Tolworth has transformed from a thriving agricultural area to an urban landscape dominated by concrete, eroding its unique identity. This project aims to reclaim Tolworth’s character through Sub-Urban Farming and Productive Landscape, reintroducing agriculture into the urban environment. By blending farming practices with urban living and encouraging local participation in food harvesting, the project seeks to reconnect the community with the land, revitalize the area, and honor Tolworth’s agricultural heritage. The goal is to shift the narrative from decline to rejuvenation, creating a sustainable, resilient, and community-centric urban space.
