As a maker, I tend to gravitate towards sequential narratives and autobiographical streams of consciousness and documenting quick snippets of my experiences. I’ve explored this in my comic series ‘TWERP’. It’s been lots of fun circulating the comic and seeing where it gets to, like a Macclesfield Comic Festival and Gosh! Comics. I also rather enjoy keeping with a daily drawing routine, keeping my marks loose and my drawings expressive and characterful.
Everything I do is inadvertently tied to the Twerpdom Universe. I am an irreverent being belonging to this weird little comic world, a serf to this colourful and characterful universe I perform for. All I do is served upon a plate of paper and lines and shapes, curated for you to consume.
