This project was titled “Divine Embodiment” and was my approach to understanding holiness through a broader context of religious objects/places, that may influence the way we feel holiness and what the emotion of “God” is. while exploring these themes I mainly focused on looking at prayer, buildings, artwork, and music, as I feel these were the things that most influenced perspectives of religion and divinity. I wanted the garments made to evoke these feelings through a fashion perspective, so I focused on buildings and music as these felt the most relevant to understand the grandiosity of being a religious person and understanding a more technical criticism of faith in god.
