Eben Goode is a dedicated filmmaking student specializing in directing, writing, and editing. Throughout her final year at university, she has undertaken various roles in her short film projects, showcasing a versatile skill set. In production design, Eben demonstrated creativity by crafting homemade sets, props, and designing diverse shooting environments. Her work in costume design involved meticulous research and design, aiming to enhance the narrative depth and visual aesthetics of her films. Additionally, Eben has experience in producing, successfully organizing productions with both small and large crews.

Eben has particularly excelled in directing, writing, and editing two significant short films. She seamlessly translated her scripts to screen, demonstrating a strong linkage between writing and directing to achieve the best artistic outcome. Furthermore, by taking on the role of editor for her projects, Eben brought the footage to life, ensuring the final product matched her envisioned look and feel. Her comprehensive involvement in these key aspects of filmmaking highlights her commitment to realising her creative vision and her proficiency in the craft.

‘Between Ourselves’ – A two sided story of a father and daughter’s journey battle through Dementia.

 

In addition, Eben has served as Director of Photography and editor for short fashion content, specifically for final KSA collections. In these projects, she successfully brought designers’ visions to life through compelling promotional videos.
