An Ode To Distance – Short Film
An Ode to Distance features childhood friends, Ruby and Ellie, starting new chapters in their lives. They try to navigate external forces placing challenges on their friendship, whilst also focusing on their own ambitions and goals.
We see the characters’ working towards their futures. With Ruby progressing in the Theatre and Ellie working in a pub to help support her endeavours. This new adjustment in their lives provides them with obstacles in their friendship. They know they will always be there for one another, but learning to adapt to the change will come with time.
