Terrapolis is a collection of chap books for my ecofeminist digital research. When producing them, I condensed my research into print through transmediation and transmutation, which drove the form of my books. Inflecting digital research to printed matter meant it was adapted to a different medium. Design choices in displaying said research, such as the alternative use of footnoting and loose inserts, allow the reader to form their interpretation of the discourse. Underpinning this project is The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction, Le Guin, which looks to new methods of feminist storytelling. It informed my research, which includes ecology, hydrology and mythology.

Research, collaboration and communication motivate my practice. I work at the intersection of printed matter, spatial design and archival-research which is initiated through a passion for revealing untold narratives. Working collaboratively is core to to practice with the aim of sharing for discovery.
