In this project, we transformed the factory in Chatham by integrating comprehensive sustainable development concepts. Initially, research revealed that residents of Chatham experience high levels of stress. To address this, we created an indoor cat café that features a rich plant culture space, combining biological and plant cultivation systems. The presence of animals, known to have a soothing effect, significantly helps reduce stress. Additionally, animal waste is utilized to feed plants through organic composting, promoting a sustainable and symbiotic environment.

Through this project design, we face a profound question: what is the meaning of design? In the process, we learned how to solve local problems through design. Given the scale and duration of the project, we must consider the ecological sustainability of the design in the future economy. The study in a project greatly enhanced our depth of thinking about desig
